Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Flea Market & Price Search (the "App") on iOS or Android, you agree to all provisions of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and remove it from your device.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
2. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Third-Party Marketplaces
The App helps you search third-party marketplaces by loading their own live official pages in an in-app browser and by linking to their official apps. The App does not scrape, re-render, re-host, or sell any listings, and it does not process any transaction.
- Your use of any marketplace is governed by that marketplace's own terms and privacy policy, not by these Terms.
- We are not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, accuracy, listings, sellers, or conduct of any marketplace.
- All purchases, bids, payments, shipping, and disputes are solely between you and the marketplace or its sellers.
- The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any marketplace. All service names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:
- Violate any law, court order, or legally binding administrative measure
- Act contrary to public order or morals
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law
- Copy, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, or translate the App into other languages without our prior written consent
- Use the App to violate the terms of service of any marketplace, or to collect, scrape, or redistribute marketplace data in bulk
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement of third-party rights. We do not warrant that any marketplace will remain available or that search results will be complete or correct.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, together with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belongs to us. The copyrights of open-source software incorporated into the App belong to their respective authors; a list is available in the App's settings.
7. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, including which marketplaces are supported, as third-party services change. We may also amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced via an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any marketplace accessed through it.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
